Nasa’s latest Mars rover Perseverance launched yesterday on an astrobiology mission to look for signs of ancient microbial life — and to fly a helicopter-drone on another world for the first time. cargo.one gets $18.6M to take its air freight booking platform over the pond

Berlin -based cargo.one, which runs a marketplace for booking air freight, has closed an $18.6 million Series A round of funding led by Index Ventures. Tesla has opened up reservations for its all-electric Cybertruck to customers in China, a move that will test the market’s appetite for a massive, futuristic truck.
